We were involved in an automobile accident on Friday afternoon in Birmingham Alabama. Safeco's computers were down so they said they couldn't do anything to help until their computers were back up. We called Todd's office several times starting around 1:00 p.m. finally reaching his son around 4:00 No Help. leaving us totally stranded along side the road in Birmingham Alabama at 4:00 in the afternoon with a totaled car. Todd finally got around to calling 10 days later after I called his office saying we wanted to cancel. Our new agent saved us a great deal of money. Todd talks a really good game but when it is time to take the field he is nowhere to be found.
