Hi, I'm Todd Butler owner of Butler Insurance. I'd like to take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself.

I first started in the insurance industry in 1992 when I opened the Todd E Butler Agency, solely representing American Family Insurance. Since that first day, my goal has been to provide the best service for the people of Fishers and the greater Indianapolis area.

A few years back I found that representing a single insurance company was not in my, or my customers best interest. Representing a single company limited eligibility, coverage options, and price. Because of this, I chose to become an independent insurance agent, representing many insurance companies, giving myself and my customers more choices when insuring their cars, homes, life, business, and other insurance needs they might have.

In 2016, my oldest son Drew, on far right in the picture above, joined Butler Insurance after working for the professional soccer team Sporting KC in Kansas City Missouri.

I moved my insurance needs to Butler Insurance for a couple of reasons. 1) They have the ability to shop around to different insurance companies and was able to reduce what I was paying for the same level of coverage as I had previously. 2) I appreciate the level of service I receive from Butler Insurance. If I have a question, I can have a conversation with someone if I need help navigating the process of dealing with an insurance claim. We were involved in an automobile accident on Friday afternoon in Birmingham Alabama. Safeco's computers were down so they said they couldn't do anything to help until their computers were back up. We called Todd's office several times starting around 1:00 p.m. finally reaching his son around 4:00 No Help. leaving us totally stranded along side the road in Birmingham Alabama at 4:00 in the afternoon with a totaled car. Todd finally got around to calling 10 days later after I called his office saying we wanted to cancel. Our new agent saved us a great deal of money. Todd talks a really good game but when it is time to take the field he is nowhere to be found.
