If I have a question, I can have a conversation with someone if I need help navigating the process of dealing with an insurance claim. I also receive reminders (such as providing/needing information to maintain the good student discount for my son doing well in school annually), that help to make sure that my costs stay low. 3) They are knowledgeable and well informed about what is happening in the insurance world and their level of professionalism is second to non. We were involved in an automobile accident on Friday afternoon in Birmingham Alabama. Safeco's computers were down so they said they couldn't do anything to help until their computers were back up. We called Todd's office several times starting around 1:00 p.m. finally reaching his son around 4:00 No Help. leaving us totally stranded along side the road in Birmingham Alabama at 4:00 in the afternoon with a totaled car. Todd finally got around to calling 10 days later after I called his office saying we wanted to cancel. Our new agent saved us a great deal of money. Todd talks a really good game but when it is time to take the field he is nowhere to be found.
