We have had Butler Insurance since we moved to Indiana 20 yrs ago. Todd was with another Company when we first started with him. We continued with him when he started Butler Insurance. He has always been extremely helpful, efficient and thorough. He has helped us find the best coverage for numerous autos, motorcycle and collector car. He also handles our homeowners, umbrella and life insurance. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the details of the policies so you understand what is covered and not covered. We have referred Butler Insurance to a number of friends. We highly recommend Butler Insurance!

I moved my insurance needs to Butler Insurance for a couple of reasons. 1) They have the ability to shop around to different insurance companies and was able to reduce what I was paying for the same level of coverage as I had previously. 2) I appreciate the level of service I receive from Butler Insurance. If I have a question, I can have a conversation with someone if I need help navigating the process of dealing with an insurance claim. I also receive reminders (such as providing/needing information to maintain the good student discount for my son doing well in school annually), that help to make sure that my costs stay low. 3) They are knowledgeable and well informed about what is happening in the insurance world and their level of professionalism is second to non. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to reduce their insurance costs or if you are frustrated by the lack of service your getting from your current provider.
